Physiotherapy Billing Automation

Being a private practitioner I myself  proposed this feature so as every PT can design his own treatment protocols for every patient, as he believes every patient is unique and we do acknowledge that every therapists treatment approach is very unique. That universal truth has led us to explore, research, develop and incorporate this innovative automation in treatment and billing. This allows a therapist to create treatment protocols or fees packages for each and every patient independently.

Automation

Option – 1 :

CREATE A FEES PACKAGE THAT AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTS THE PAYMENT FROM THE ADVANCE.

Consider a case where you need to give therapy for 10 days, with modalities on first four days, then Manual therapy for next four days followed by exercise prescription, 2 days. By creating a fees package for this patient, the payment of his every day treatments will be deducted automatically from his advance, without any manual entries. The best part is you can save this package with any common name like : “10 days therapy on Tennis Elbow”,  so next time you just have to choose this package and the billing will be automatically carried on.

Option – 2 :

CREATE CUSTOMIZED TREATMENT PROTOCOL  AND BILL ONLY WHEN NECESSARY.

consider the same case as above, the big difference is you have the freedom to not bill the patient, in cases of unscheduled leave or missed appointments. Here you just have to click Generate Invoice against the date of the treatment protocol if the treatment is carried out as planned. Rest its the same as the above option, coz here also  you can save the package of treatment protocol and use it for any other patient too. This option is mostly preferable for OP clinics, against the previous one which is preferred by Rehab setups. Either way the billing has now become completely automatic.
